Deep|DeepSeek V4：开启大规模 NAND 存 KV cache 的拐点

上一篇文章我们讨论了 DeepSeek V4 在非 NVIDIA 芯片上的架构定制以及第一轮 2.5 折API降价。本文聚焦 V4 第二轮降价：DeepSeek 单独把 input cache hit 这一档进一步降到原价的 1/10，叠加上一轮已有的 2.5 折，最低做到 ¥0.025/百万 tokens。这把 cache hit 和 cache miss 的价差从 1/12 拉到 1/120（cache hit ¥0.025 vs cache miss ¥3）。DeepSeek V4 在 agent 场景中的真实 cache hit rate 已达到 95%+，根据我们了解，DeepSeek 当前 SSD 配置和用量较此前显著提升。背后是 V4 把 KV cache 大小压到 V3.2 的 10%，以及 DeepSeek 在 SSD-based KV cache 工程上的研究积累，把 KV cache 从昂贵、容量有限的 DRAM / HBM 大规模落到更大、更便宜的 SSD。我们认为，DeepSeek V4 这次 cache hit 重定价，隐含着 SSD 的利好，NAND 的需求会指数级增加。

一、从降价观察到 cache hit 成本的结构性变化

DeepSeek V4 自发布以来连续两轮降价。Round 1 限时 75% off，input (cache hit, ¥1 → ¥0.25)、input (cache miss, ¥12 → ¥3)、output (¥24 → ¥6) 三项价格同步打 1/4。Round 2 单独把 input (cache hit) 这一档进一步降到原价的 1/10，再叠加限时 2.5 折，这一档最低价格只有 ¥0.025。cache miss (¥3) 和 output (¥6) 都维持原价没动，代表着 cache hit 成本的结构性变化。
