CRM FY3Q26: Why Data Cloud Trends Look Misaligned With Agentforce Growth

FUNDA·December 4, 2025

cRPO beat and Agentforce ARR surges, but weak Data Cloud ARR needs clarity on attribution.

Key Highlights From Q3 and Q4 Performance

Salesforce delivered stronger-than-expected cRPO metrics relative to buyside expectations in both Q3 and the Q4 guide.

  • Q3 cRPO: $29.4B (+11% Y/Y CC), above buyside expectations of $29.17–29.3B (+10%) and above consensus at ~$29B.

  • Q4 cRPO guide: Implies ~13% Y/Y CC growth, well ahead of buyside expectations of +9.5% Y/Y.

The standout theme this quarter is that Agentforce—not Data Cloud—is showing clear signs of accelerated adoption across the entire product cycle, including ARR growth, customer adoption, and production-grade use cases.

Data Cloud + Agentforce ARR Trends

Data Cloud + Agentforce ARR reached $1.4B, up $200M sequentially, consistent with the prior quarter’s q/q increase. Growth of +114% Y/Y is slightly below +120% Y/Y in Q2.
